Actually I don't have laptop right now so the option related to laptop I'm not possible for me now.
And I have tried other things they demanding money to unlock files.
Is there any other way to see at least some contents of the file?

There is no way to partially see the contents, either the file opens and you can ready everything or file doesn't open. You can't do all this on mobile, you have to use desktop or laptop.

Cracking password of any document, whether a simple MS word, .pdf or a compressed file like .zip or .rar, is quite tricky and time consuming as all of them depend on brute force technique along with use of dictionary and algorithm/ some logic techniques to the extent possible. The success rate, therefore is relatively low even if one waits patiently for a long time and it also depends on the complexity of the password used.
